Odessa Sea is a 2016 novel by Clive Cussler and Dirk Cussler. Dirk Pitt, director of the National Underwater and Marine Agency, is on the Black Sea locating a lost Ottoman shipwreck when he responds to a Mayday from a freighter, finding only dead bodies before a blast scuttles the ship. His investigation uncovers a 1917 attempt to preserve Romanov wealth, a lost Cold War bomber, and modern nuclear smugglers, while his children Dirk and Summer are drawn into the same danger through a shipwreck of their own.
