About “The Big Four”
"The Big Four" is an international criminal group consisting of four members: a brilliant Chinese criminal, a wealthy American businessman, a beautiful French scientist, and a skilled murderer who specializes in disguise. Their goal is to achieve world dominance through murder. Belgian detective Hercule Poirot is targeted by the group after an unexpected visitor leaves him a clue. As Poirot and his assistant, Hastings, investigate, they face numerous dangers including poison, a falling tree, and an electrocution. Poirot is believed dead after a bomb explodes in his apartment, leaving Hastings to continue the fight alone. The story follows Poirot's most dangerous case as he and Hastings work to stop the deadly group. This 1927 novel by Agatha Christie features a gripping mystery with high stakes and suspense.
