Mark Morris became a full-time writer in 1988 through the Enterprise Allowance Scheme. His first novel, Toady, was published a year later. He has since written thirteen additional novels, including Stitch, The Immaculate, The Secret of Anatomy, Mr. Bad Face, Fiddleback, and Nowhere Near an Angel. His short stories, novellas, articles, and reviews have appeared in various anthologies and magazines. He is the editor of Cinema Macabre, a collection of fifty horror movie essays by genre writers, which earned him a British Fantasy Award in 2007. His latest novels are Doctor Who – Forever Autumn, named “Best Doctor Who Book of 2007” by readers of Doctor Who Magazine, and The Deluge, published by Leisure Books in the USA. Upcoming works include the novella It Sustains, a Hellboy novel titled The All-Seeing Eye, and another Doctor Who book, Ghosts of India.
