About “Winner Takes All”

The Doctor and Martha travel to the Museum of the Last Ones, a place where all extinct creatures—up to the present day—are kept alive in suspended animation. The museum's purpose is to preserve the last of every endangered species across the universe. However, some exhibits have disappeared, and the Doctor must uncover the mystery before the museum's curator adds the last of the Time Lords to her collection. The story explores themes of conservation and the value of life, as the Doctor works to protect the museum's inhabitants from an unknown threat.
