About “The way of the warrior”

Jack Fletcher, an English boy orphaned in 1611 when a ninja pirate attack killed his family, is taken in by a legendary sword master. Now twelve, he faces bullying from other students but remains determined to prove himself. The sword master begins training him as a samurai warrior, shaping his path in a new and challenging world. The story follows Jack's journey as he learns the ways of the samurai and strives to find his place in a foreign culture. The book was written by Chris Bradford in 2008.
