Yotsuba thinks grown-ups are mean because her father always wins the games they play together, even when she tells him to be paper in Rock-Paper-Scissors. She never wants to be a mean grown-up, but grown-ups get to buy ice cream by themselves, so maybe being one is sometimes okay.
