About “State of siege”
Driven by greed, a group of U.N. peacekeeping soldiers becomes involved in illegal activities and, calling themselves the Keepers, uses stolen U.N. arms to take over the U.N. building, demanding a hundred-million-dollar ransom while ambassadors from ten nations are gathered for a gala at which Op-Center head Paul Hood's daughter will perform. Hood, whose retirement is short-lived, and the Op-Center forces respond with deadly vengeance.
