About “Divide and Conquer”
Shadowy elements within the State Department secretly cause tensions to flare between Iran and the former Soviet republic of Azerbaijan, hoping to start a war to increase their own power and profit. The conspirators also plot to depose the president of the United States by convincing him he is mentally unstable. Paul Hood and the members of Op-Center must race to prevent war and expose the traitors.
