Simon, Jane, and Barney are enlisted by their mysterious great-uncle to recover a priceless golden grail stolen by the forces of evil—Dark. Their search for the grail leads to disturbing and dangerous events. In the end, a gift is revealed that temporarily prevents the Dark from rising.
