About “The 1980 Annual World's Best SF”
The 1980 Annual World's Best SF is an anthology of science fiction short stories edited by Donald A. Wollheim and Arthur W. Saha. It is the ninth volume in a series of nineteen and was first published in paperback by DAW Books in May 1980. A hardcover edition was released in September 1980 by the same publisher, also for the Science Fiction Book Club. The hardcover version replaced the original cover art by Jack Gaughan with a new painting by Gary Viskupik.
