About “Le Sceptre d'Ottokar”
Tintin befriends an absent-minded scholar and travels with him to the small kingdom of Syldavia, where he uncovers a plot to steal the king's ceremonial sceptre. Without that symbol of authority, the monarch would be forced to abdicate, and Tintin races to foil the conspirators behind the scheme.
