The Quantum Rose is a science fiction novel by Catherine Asaro, part of her Saga of the Skolian Empire series. It follows the characters Kamoj Argali and Skolian Prince Havyrl Valdoria. The novel won the 2001 Nebula Award for Best Novel and the Affaire de Coeur Award for Best Science Fiction. It also received the Romantic Times Reviewers Choice award for best science fiction novel. The first third of the book was published in Analog magazine in 1999. In 2000, Tor Books released the full novel. An excerpt was included in the Nebula Awards Showcase 2003 anthology.
