About “Tempest”
The Legacy of the Force is a series of nine science fiction novels published from 2006 to 2008 within the Star Wars expanded universe. It is set approximately 40 years after the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope and takes place around 11 years after the New Jedi Order saga. The series was published by Del Rey Books and written by Troy Denning, Aaron Allston, and Karen Traviss. Each novel in the series was written in an alternating cycle by these three authors.
