About “The Last Book of Jorkens”
The Last Book of Jorkens is a collection of fantasy short stories featuring the character Joseph Jorkens, created by Lord Dunsany. It was first prepared for publication in 1957 but remained unpublished after Dunsany's death later that year. The manuscript was lost in the family archives until it was rediscovered in 2001. It was published in a limited special edition in 2002 and became more widely available when included in the omnibus edition The Collected Jorkens, Volume Three, released by Night Shade Books in April 2005.
