The Facts of Death, published in 1998, is the third James Bond novel by Raymond Benson. It was the last James Bond book to carry the Glidrose Publications copyright. The novel was released in the United Kingdom by Hodder & Stoughton and in the United States by Putnam. It follows the tradition of previous Bond novels but marks the end of an era for the copyright holder.
