About “The Overlook”

Near Mulholland Drive, Dr. Stanley Kent is found shot twice in the back of the head. LAPD detective Harry Bosch is assigned to the case, his first since joining the Homicide Special Squad. Upon learning that Kent had access to dangerous radioactive substances, Bosch realizes the investigation is more complex than it appears. He faces conflict with his superiors and the FBI, which believes the case is too significant for a single detective. Bosch also deals with the presence of Agent Rachel Walling, his former lover. As he works alone, Bosch relies on his instincts to uncover the truth and stop a potential threat to the city.
