Cloud's Rider is a science fiction novel by C. J. Cherryh, published by Warner Books in September 1996. It is the second book in a two-part series set in the Finisterre universe. The first novel, Rider at the Gate, was released in August 1995. The story follows the descendants of colonists who were stranded on the harsh planet Finisterre generations ago.
