About “Mýrin”
Jar City, also known as Tainted Blood, is a crime novel by Icelandic author Arnaldur Indriðason. It was first published in Iceland in 2000 and marked the beginning of the Detective Erlendur series. The novel was the first in the series to be translated into English. In the UK, the title was changed to Tainted Blood for the paperback edition. The book is a 2000 crime novel by Indriðason.
