Claudius Novels Books in Order

The Claudius Novels are a pair of historical fiction novels by Robert Graves narrated by the Roman emperor Claudius, covering Roman history from Julius Caesar's assassination through the reigns of Augustus, Tiberius, and Caligula, and then Claudius's own reign as emperor. Both novels were collectively awarded the 1934 James Tait Black Memorial Prize for fiction, and the series was later adapted into the acclaimed 1976 BBC television serial I, Claudius.
