About “Year One”

A sudden, fast-spreading sickness begins on New Year's Eve, collapsing the electrical grid and government and killing more than half the world's population. As order gives way to chaos, magic rises in place of science and technology, ranging from the witchcraft practiced by Lana Bingham to unimaginably evil forces lurking in fetid tunnels beneath the river.
