About “Books of a Feather”

Books of a Feather follows San Francisco book-restoration expert Brooklyn Wainwright as she works on a project involving birds. Her friend Ian's Covington Library hosts an exhibit of Audubon's Birds of America, on loan from an Arab sheik. At the gala, Jared Mulrooney of the National Birdwatchers Society asks Brooklyn to repair wine-damaged Audubon drawings, and she is also asked to appraise a rare copy of Poor Richard's Almanac before Mulrooney's body is discovered in the library.
