Dante Cubit, known for his sass and sarcasm, and his sidekick the Entropy Kid, enter First National Bank with attitude and snub guns. Soon after, another Dante—this one from the future—appears inside the bank vault, starting a heist. Questions arise: is this a virtual reality prank by Dante's hacker friend, Download Jones, or is the heist real? The situation becomes complicated as a hitman named Brute Parker pursues Dante, possibly targeting his rival. The story explores the blur between reality and virtual reality. The novel is written by Steve Aylett.
