About “Katara and the Pirate's Silver”
The Avatar: The Last Airbender comics are an official extension of the original Nickelodeon animated series. They include The Lost Adventures, which were published from 2005 to 2011 and take place between episodes of the original show. The comics also include graphic novel trilogies, starting in 2012, set a few years after the original series ended. A separate comic series, The Legend of Korra, began in 2017 and is set seventy years later. These comics expand the world and characters of the original series.
