Konstantin Sergeyevich Nosen is a Russian historian and chemist. He holds a doctorate in historical sciences and a candidate degree in chemical sciences. Nosen is a consultant to the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAASC). He is the director of the Center for the Study of Fortification History (CIIF) and a leading research fellow at the Institute of the Theory and History of Architecture and Urban Planning.
