Candace Lynn Talmadge is an American writer known for her work in dark high fantasy and metaphysical nonfiction. She previously worked as a business journalist and syndicated political columnist, writing for publications such as The New York Times, Forbes, Reuters America, BusinessWeek, the International Herald Tribune, and the Dallas Times Herald. She is the author of the Stoneslayer series, a dark high fantasy saga that explores themes of political intrigue, demonic warfare, reincarnation, and spiritual awakening, inspired by her own beliefs about past lives. She also co-authored two nonfiction books on emotional healing and afterlife communication with her late wife, Jana L. Simons. She publishes through Wider Realities Media. Earlier fiction was published under the pen names C.L. Talmadge and Candace L. Talmadge, including the Green Stone of Healing series.
