About “The Journey”

The 2000 novel by Katherine Applegate features the Animorphs, a group of teenagers who gain the ability to morph into any animal they touch. In one incident, the group attempts to stop the Helmacrons, a small alien species, from stealing the morphing cube. Marco, one of the group members, gets in the way and ends up with Helmacrons inside his nose and head. The story highlights the dangers and challenges the characters face as they fight to protect Earth from alien threats.
