About “The Almost Perfect Crime”
Portuguese anarchism has often been overlooked due to the greater attention given to events in Spain and the deliberate neglect by communist and liberal historians. Despite this, Portugal has a long history of libertarian organization. This tradition began with the International in the 1870s, continued through the 1910 insurrection, and persisted through the fight against the fascist dictatorship from the 1920s to the 1970s. It remains active today. This pamphlet reveals this hidden history. The text was published in an English edition in 2004.
