Sir Damian Cray is a philanthropist, peace activist, and the world's most famous pop star. He believes he must do more to save the world, but his methods are extreme. Only Alex Rider sees the danger, recognizing that Cray's beliefs are dangerous and his actions could destroy the world. Unlike previous missions, Alex is alone this time, without government support.
