About “Death of a Ghost”
Painter John Sebastian Lafcadio left twelve sealed paintings to be unveiled one per year after his death. At the unveiling of the eighth canvas, attended by Albert Campion, a young artist is stabbed, and later the wife of another painter is poisoned, leading Campion to investigate both killings.
